Welcome. Since 1969 our family has given its time, its patience and its love to the vines — and to the wine that comes from them. Dry and naturally sweet; red, white and rosé; in bottles of 750ml and boxes of five litres. Poured best in company, and poured generously.

I. The Estate
Dodoma, in the dry heart of Tanzania, is home to the country's vineyards. Three things shape every bottle we make.
Our vines grow in the red, free-draining soils of the Dodoma plateau. The land is dry and the roots go deep, so the grapes stay small and full of flavour. The same ground has carried the family's vines since the first planting in 1969.
Warm days and cool nights on the central plateau ripen the fruit slowly, and Dodoma's climate gives two harvests a year. Grapes are picked by hand and pressed gently.
Each vintage is tasted, rested and left to find its own balance before bottling. Nothing here is rushed.

Ruby red, intense and well balanced. Strong bodied with good acidity, hints of forest fruits, chocolate and apricot. Excellent with roasted and grilled meats, mild and mature cheese.

IV. Private Collection
Premium Red and Premium White are never released in volume. A fraction of each press is drawn off, sealed under the family crest and set aside for the houses who have kept an allocation since the beginning — some of them since the very first harvest.
