Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened bottles unless the product is defective or damaged.

All returns must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Eligible Returns
We will accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item and have faced expiration issues with the item you purchased.

The product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed bottles.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Discounted, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
4. Process for Returns

Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase.

Provide proof of purchase order confirmation and evidence of the issue photos .

Return the product in its original, unopened condition with packaging intact.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, mobile money, within 2–3 business days after approval.

In case of online orders, delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
6. Exchanges

If approved, defective or wrong items may be exchanged for the correct or replacement product.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
